100, died at 6:05 AM on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Springview Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.

Margaret was born on September 23, 1915, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Carl A. Corrello and Alice A. (Doolittle) Corrello. On Saturday, January 12, 1935, she married Maynard E. Werking who preceded her in death on January 24, 1977.

Margaret had retired after many years from the Allen County Welfare Department as an Intake Supervisor. Her favorite hobby was crocheting and she enjoyed sharing that talent by making shawls to share with others. Margaret was an excellent seamstress and loved making clothes for her family. She had been a church organist and pianist for many years at Elm Street Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda "Penny" (Carl) Bucher, and a daughter-in-law Wanda Werking; six grandchildren, Jayne (Tom) Hilvers, Robert Bucher, Sarah (Tim) Stidham, Tim (Karen) Werking, Amy Werking and John Bucher; nine great grandchildren; sister, Thelma Johnston; brother Gene (Yvonne) Corrello and a sister-in-law, Helen Corrello.

She was preceded in death by a son- Richard "Dick" Lee Werking, a granddaughter Janice Lynn Werking, a grandson Thomas Bucher, four brothers, George (Dorothy) Corrello, Robert (Neva) Corrello, Carl "Pete" Corrello and Chester Corrello; two sisters, Mary Ann (Larry) Armstrong and Norma (Louis) Baker; and brother-in-law Tom Johnston.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at South Side Christian Church in Lima, OH. Rev. Todd Cosart will officiate.

Interment will be in Shawnee Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
