Marie Neeper

MARIE A. NEEPER, 89, died at 11:17 p.m. May 29, 2007, at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio. She was born July 12, 1917, in Lima, Ohio, to Mr. & Mrs. Harry Porter, who preceded her in death. On February 1, 1947, she married Harold E. Neeper, who died June 21, 2002. Mrs. Neeper was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Club. She was a funny, kindhearted and loving grand-mother, who loved spending time with her family. Survivors include a grand-daughter, Patti Harrison, of Lima, Ohio; and three great-grandchildren, Justin, Kelsey and Jonah. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Josephine Fett; and a brother, Jim Porter. Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2007 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. The Rev. Gerbert Darlington will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007 at the funeral home.
