Marie Sadler

Marie A. Sadler 85, died at 2 a.m. May 31, 2009, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born October 26, 1923, in Chattaroy, West Virginia, to Charles L. and Alice Webb Wellman, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Sadler had worked on airplane parts during World War II. She loved visiting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the Lord and has now gone to be with him. Survivors include two sons, Jerry L. (Toni Dailey) Sadler, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Gary (Jean Ann) Sadler, of Cridersville, Ohio; three grandchildren, Kyle (Jenny) Sadler, of Columbus, Ohio, Cory J. (Brenda Wong) Sadler, of Chicago, Illinois, and Nolan (Christine Borowske) Sadler, of Columbus, Ohio; three great grandchildren, Hailey Elizabeth Sadler, Kierstin Nicole Sadler and Sophia Grace Sadler, all of Columbus. She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Jaden Sadler; five brothers, Clyde Wellman, Wallace Wellman, Willis Wellman, Wayne Wellman and Carl Wellman; and a sister, Pauline. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
