Marvin Lee Bitler

Lakeland, FL – Marvin Lee Bitler, 72, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at his residence.  Marvin was born October 20, 1945, in Lima, Ohio to Louis and Alice Bitler and has resided in Lakeland, Florida for the past 16 years.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a retired telephone repairman.

Marvin is survived by his mother, Alice Rader; two daughters, Heather Gray and Catherine Eitel; two sons, David Bitler and Junior Conley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 6 years, Elma Bitler.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 10AM-11:30AM at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. Graveside services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio at 12PM.
