58, of Lima, Ohio died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at her residence in Lima, Ohio.
Born December 17, 1954 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James Alvin Derringer and Anita Arlene (Hawkins) Derringer.
Mary married William Hittle on December 3, 1994. He survives in Lima, Ohio. She was a member of the First Missionary Church. She had worked as a nurse's aide at the former Allen Inn. She enjoyed puzzle books. Mary had a great sense of humor, and loved her family and friends.
Surviving are: a daughter, Sarah (Dustin) Owsley; five stepsons, Chad Hittle, Gabe (Tabithia) Hittle, Josh Hittle, Joe (Missy) Hittle Corie Hittle, and a stepdaughter, Aymie Hittle; One grandchild, and ten step grandchildren; three sisters, Emily (John Upshaw) Wrencher of Lima, OH, Nanci (David) Sheath of Lima, OH and Susan Derringer of Lima, OH; two nieces and seven nephews; thirteen great nieces and six great nephews and one great great nephew.
She was preceded in death by two step grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with the Rev. Timothy White officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, OH.
