Mary Margaret Parker, 80, died at 1:22 p.m. Nov. 16, 2007, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born July 26, 1927, in Hancock County to Jacob George and June Kuhn Smith, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 6, 1959, she married William Parker, who died Dec. 14, 2000. Mrs. Parker retired from Thomas D. Quinn Painting Contractors and she also worked at Krone Lumber Co. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Columbus Grove and she was a social member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 54. She enjoyed playing bridge. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Cunningham, of Lima; a sister, Junann Smith; two grandchildren, Lawrence Cunningham Jr. and Courtney Cunningham; and two sisters-in-law, Mildred Veit, of Wapakoneta, and Dorothy (Anthony) Raesky, of Cridersville. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima. The Rev. Harry Tolhurst will officiate. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.
