Mary C. Sneary,
89, died at 5:43 a.m. May 12, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 17, 1922, in Lima to Russel E. and Catherine Renn Moorman, who preceded her in death. On April 19, 1941, she married Andrew R. "Ray" Sneary, who died May 21, 1996.
Mrs. Sneary and her husband were founding members of Pair-n-Squares Dance Club. She enjoyed crafting and playing bingo.
Survivors include four children, Joyce (Bill) Howell, of Elida, Thomas (Deb) Sneary, of Cape Coral, Fla., Susan (Larry) Follas, of La Grange, Ky., and Toni (Stan) Danser, of Aransas Pass, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Allen, of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a half brother, Eugene Moorman; a half sister, Marceille Kimmey; and a brother-in-law, Glenn Allen.
Private graveside services will be held in Sugar Creek Church Cemetery at a later date. Wanda Werking will officiate.
