Mary Jane McCarthy

Mary Jane McCarthy, 84, died at 5:00PM at Otterbein Cridersville on Sunday, July 22, 2018.

She was born August 4, 1934, in Lima, Ohio to David Benedict and Mary Evelyn Leahey McCarthy who preceded her in death.

Miss McCarthy was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church and its Altar Society. She was a teacher for Lima City Schools for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her brothers Thomas and Martin McCarthy. She is survived by her cousin Kay McGue and several others out of state.

A Memorial Mass will be at a later date. Her body has been donated to the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. There will be no visitation.
