Melanie L. Cunningham, 62 of Lima, Ohio died at 9:32 A.M. on Saturday, November 17, 2012, St. Rita's Medical Center.
Born Thursday, June 15, 1950 in Portland, Indiana to Robert Schroeder who survives in Colorado and the late Jean Hall . She was married on July 6, 1984 to Donald Cunningham and he survives in Lima.
She had worked in food service at Westgate Bowling Alley, 20th Century Bowling Alley also at Milano's, Alpine and Marias. She donated time volunteering at the Gerad Cancer Center. She was an avid collector of Angels and Nativity sets. She loved sewing and reading and she loved her Puppy Joey. She was a caring and loving person who always had a smile on her face. We will miss her pasta salad and homemade egg nog.
Surviving is a son, Bryan (Amy) Cunningham of Lima three brothers; Francis Hall, Terry Hall and Ronald Hall. and her step-mother Audrey Schroeder of Colorado
She was preceded in death by: two brothers; Tom Gaither and Randy Hall; also a sister Shirley Moses.
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. followed by a Memorial Service on Tuesday, November 20,2012 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Pastor Steve King officiating.
