Michael J. Ferguson, 75, passed away on November 18, 2015, at 8:55 pm, at Van Crest in Delphos. Mike was born on December 5th, 1939 in Adrian Michigan, the son of Robert E. and Ruth (Osburn) Ferguson. On July 30th, 1983 he married Nancy Jo Rader, who survives in Lima. Mike was the owner of Fergie's Barber Shop, and really enjoyed telling stories with his customers.
In addition to Nancy, Mike is survived by daughter; Lori (Joel) Brown, a son Jason (Christin) Ferguson, daughter; Kaila (Jon) Williams, and daughter; Jocelyn (Roger) Keysor. 8 grandchildren: Shelbi (Tanner), Libbi, Kottia, Krew, Hailee, Jolee, Bridgit (Jeremy), and Brittany (Jacob), 5 great grandchildren; Audisty, Ember, Hunter, Gracie, and Miles.
Mike was a member of the Delphos Eagles, an avid Ohio State, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians fan. He often watched the games and cut hair at the same time. He enjoyed fishing as well, and time spent with his kids and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at Chamberlain Huckeriede Funeral Home, 920 N. Cable Rd, Lima. A service will be on Sunday November 22, 2015 at Chamberlain Huckeriede, with Rev. Gregory Stevens officiating. Interment of the cremated remains will be at a later date.
