Minerva Glasco

Minerva June Glasco, 78, died at 8:55 a.m. December 16, 2008, at Lima Manor Nursing Home. She was born October 8, 1930, in Lima to Carl and Edna Evilsizer Foltz, who preceded her in death. In 1968, she married Zernie ?Bud? Glasco, who died in 1992. Mrs. Glasco enjoyed The Weather Channel, collecting dolls, music and playing lottery tickets. Survivors include two daughters, Robin Sherer and Tammy (Bud) Gould, both of Lima, Ohio; two sons, Rodney (Anita) Dumm, of Lima, Ohio and Kevin Glasco, of Columbus Grove, Ohio; two brothers, Walter (Jean) Foltz, of West Virginia, and Dale (Alberta) Foltz, of Lima, Ohio; a brother-in-law, Bill Kirkpatrick; and 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Lynne Dumm; two brothers, Dean Foltz and Harold Foltz; and a sister, Martha Kirkpatrick. Services will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Cotrell will officiate. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery.
