66 of Lima, Ohio died on Friday, November 18, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Born Sunday, November 4, 1945 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William Harry Harelson and the late Helen Irene Bell Harelson.
She was retired from K-Mart, after 30 years in merchandising.
Nancy married Stephen LeRoy Birchfield on September 11, 1963. He preceded her in death on May 10, 2002. She was a Licensed Massage Therapist. She was a member of the Sugar Creek Church of the Brethren. She was a 1963 Graduate of Bath High School.
Surviving is a daughter, Nancy Lynne (Nick) Mumma of Lima, a son Stephen LeRoy (Patricia) Birchfield of Lima, OH.; nine grandchildren, Aaron N. Mumma, William R. Birchfield, Raistlin J. Birchfield, Christopher (Heather), Michael (Julli), Casey, Kymberley, Jesse and Tyler Griesheimer. Six Great Grandchildren. Three very close friends, Marina Hunt, Rhea Davenport and Cindy Raines.
She was predeceased by brother, William Harry Harelson, Jr., sister, Norma Jean Gross.
A Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM on Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with the Rev. Ty Gehle officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, November 21, 2011, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home,
