Nathan McCullough, 31, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, in Columbus.
Nathan graduated from Lima Central Catholic. He then received his bachelor’s in Communication and Sociology from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Communication from the University of Illinois. Nate worked as a recruiter for Taylor Strategy Partners in Columbus and enjoyed his side hustle as a professional career coach, helping with resumes, letters of recommendations and interviewing skills.
Nate loved being around all people. No matter who. His genuine interest in others made him a favorite among family and friends. His beautiful smile and hilarious laugh always made any get together better. Nates hobbies included riding roller coasters, hanging with friends, singing karaoke and rooting on the Browns and Buckeyes.
Survivors include his parents Barry and Lori; brother Cody; Grandparents, Denny and Norma Michelson and nephew puppy, Buddy; along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert and Helen (Edelbrock) Honigfort and paternal grandfather Wayne McCullough.
Since Nate was always a giving and loving person, he would have asked that any memorial would include giving your time and resources to those less fortunate.
A Memorial Mass will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday November 20, 2021 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Father Kent Kaufman will officiate. Burial of ashes will follow at Gethsemani Cemetery at a later date.
