Nicole M (Piercefield) Boyd

Nicole M. (Piercefield) Boyd, 47, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

Nicole was born on May 17, 1977, in Lima, Ohio to Ken and Karen Piercefield. She married Willie Boyd, who survives in Carmel, Indiana.

Nicole was born and raised in Lima, Ohio, a graduate of UNOH, receiving both her Bachelors in Business and a Masters in Business Administration. She was the Human Resource Director at MiTech Tungsten Metals LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana. Nicole was full of life, had an infectious laugh and was loved by everyone she met. Her granddaughter, Ayla, was the love of her life. She looked forward to her smiles that brightened her day.

Nicole will be missed deeply by her family and friends. Family was everything to her. She will join her cousin Shawn and lost angel babies to watch over her earthly family.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Boyd; children, Haley (Cameron) Cash, and Kaden James Latham; stepchildren, Jordan Boyd, Lexani Boyd, Amari Boyd, and Alexis Shrieve; granddaughter, Ayla Rae Cash; parents, Ken & Karen Piercefield; mother-in-law, Beverly Boyd; stepfather-in-law, Bruce Outlaw; siblings, Mike (Therese) Piercefield, Chris (Elaine) Piercefield, Brian (Sarah) Piercefield, and Lindsay (Brian) McCormick; brother-in-law, Danial Boyd; paternal grandmother, Mary Piercefield; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, John and Catherine Paradore; and paternal grandfather, Ira Piercefield.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at St. Rose Catholic Church Lima, Ohio. The funeral mass will follow at 11 a.m. Father Ross will officiate. Burial will follow at Gethsemani Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or Donor’s Choice.
