Olan "Bill" Olson Wilkerson

Olan "Bill" Olson Wilkerson, 94, died at 8:45 PM on Friday, January 9, 2015 at his residence.
Olan was born June 20, 1920 in Van Wert, Ohio to Orville D. and Estella Mae (Van Meter) Wilkerson. He married Grace Marie Alspaugh April 5, 1958 she preceded him in death in 2002.
He served in the United States Army Air Corp. during WWII and worked for Fruehauf Company as a machinist. He was also a charter member of the Harvest Baptist Church, a member of the Eagles Aerie #370 and Eagles Aerie #691 of Wapakoneta, VFW #6772 of Spencerville and American Legion #191 of Spencerville.
He is survived by his children: sons, Eugene S. (Diana) Wilkerson of Toledo, Ohio; Wilson J. (Treda) Dorsten of Spencerville, Ohio. Grandchildren, Jason (Julie) Wilkerson; Eric (Valerie) Wilkerson; Melissa (Scott) Jones; Roger (Jessica) Lybarger; Amber (Thomas) Sauro; Adam (Brenna) Wilkerson; Ashlee Wilkerson; Ariel Wilkerson and Amee Wilkerson; daughter in laws, Marsha Cluff and Sandy Lybarger and ten great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Orville D. and Estella May (Van Meter) Wilkerson; first wife, Blanche Wilkerson; sons, William Lee Wilkerson; George Lybarger; grandchild, Aaron E. Wilkerson; brother, Charles Wilkerson and several sisters.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM Monday, January 12, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Lima Eagles Arie #370 will conduct a memorial service at 8 PM on Monday evening.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastors Gary Bragg and Dave Stanford will officiate.
Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
