Patricia A. Campbell, 71, died at 4:39 a.m. July 11, 2009, at her residence. She was born Nov. 15, 1937, in Mount Vernon to Lawrence and Bertha Tier Hull, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 17, 1963, she married John D. Campbell, who died April 1, 2007. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275 Auxiliary and was a former member of Eagles Aerie 370. She was a Veterans Memorial Civic Center volunteer. She had been an Amway distributor and was also a nurses aid for Putnam County Home Health & Hospice. Survivors include three sons, R. Mike (Julie) Pitkin, of San Diego, John D. Campbell Jr., of Lima, and Phillip ?Buzzy? (Debbie)Pitkin of Farmington, W.Va..; five daughters, Deborah (Joseph) Pitkin-Kesner, of Monroeville, Patricia (T.J.) Campbell-Framak, of Elkhart, Ind., Catherine Campbell-Howell, of Columbus Grove, Mary Angela (Jim) Campbell-Spurlock, of Dunlow, W.Va., and Linda (Gaylon) Pitkin-Rismiller, of Houston, Ohio; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Ronald (Suzanne) Hull, of Mount Vernon; and a sister-in-law, Ann Hull, of Mount Vernon. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Hull; and an infant son. Services will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in National Veterans Administration Cemetery, Dayton. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
