Patricia J. "Patty" Chapman,

86, died at 9:15 AM on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at Lakes of Monclova Assisted Living in Maumee, Ohio.

Patricia was born on Friday, August 22, 1930, in Lima, to the late Raymond "Duckie" and Flossie (Keeling) Jones.

Patty loved music, movies and reading. She was an avid walker and just truly loved people especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Pam (Gerry) Watkins, three sons, Jim Chapman, Jason (Missy Wilson) Chapman, and Jeff (Laurie) Chapman; grandchildren, Lindsey Schmidt, Chad Watkins, Amber Garlock, Clay Chapman and Jenna Chapman and great-grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Lucas, Jackson, Austin and Khloe.

She was preceded in death by her infant twins, a boy and a girl, a son, David Chapman and a brother, Raymond Jones.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 PM on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
