Patricia Nichols

Patricia June Nichols, 76, died at 8:56 a.m. July 24, 2008, at her residence. She was born May 9, 1932, in Lima to Carl and Marie Desch Rolfes, who preceded her in death. On May 22, 1954, she married William E. Nichols Sr., who died May 4, 2006. Mrs. Nichols retired as a secretary from Shawnee schools. She attended South Side Christian Church. She was a member of the Secretaries Club and was a volunteer at St. Rita's Medical Center. She attended YWCA aerobics and was a decorative artist. Survivors include a son, William E. (Helen) Nichols Jr., of Reynoldsburg; a daughter, Michele (Paul) Musser, of Langsville; four grandsons, Bo (Erin) Heil, Nathanial (Megan) Nichols, Domenic (Jacki) Nichols and Trisha (Brian) Luchini; four great-grandchildren, Amber Heil, Jade Heil, Aidan Luchini and Paige Luchini; a sister, Marceen Frymyer, of Lima; and a nephew, Rick (Susie) Frymyer. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Rolfes; and an aunt, Letha Irwin. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Wanda Werking will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice, 959 W. North St., Lima, OH 45805.
