PATRICK ALAN MICHAEL, 58, died at 9:10 p.m. May 11, 2005, at Lima Memorial Health System. He was born July 28, 1946, in Lima, to Paul A. Michael and Anna Louise Wooley Michael-Holliday. His parents preceded him in death. Mr. Micahel was the owner of Michael Engineering, and retired in 1999 as an assembler from the Ford Motor Co. He was an Air Force veteran, having served in Vietnam. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275, and Alcoholics Anonymous. He was a fisherman. Survivors include two brothers, James Michael and Thomas (Evelyn) Holliday, both of Lima; two sisters, Karen (Mel) Hiller of Lima and Lana (Lloyd) Adkins of Spencerville; two sisters-in-law, Sharon Michael and Maude Holliday; two aunts, Margaret Michael of Wisconsin and Edith Michael of Lima; and many special nieces and nephews, cousins and great-nieces and -nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jonathan Holliday, David L. Michael and Derry J. Michael; and a niece, Teresa Neal. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Jon Spyker will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery with military rites by VFW Post 1275.
