Paul Edward Warner, 85, died at 6 a.m. February 25, 2008, at Lima Convalescent Home. He was born August 8, 1922, in Greensburg, Ohio to Robert and Bessie Douglas Warner, who preceded him in death. On October 17, 1954, he married Elizabeth ?Betty? Clevenger, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mr. Warner had been a truck driver for Lima Building Products. He attended Cable Road Alliance Church, Lima, and First Nazarene Church, Winter Haven, Fla., where he and his wife spent several winters. He was a blood donor with the American Red Cross and had donated more than 10 gallons. Survivors also include 11 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Sarah Kratz, Edna Pressler, Helen Sorrick and Eleanor Miskie; and two brothers, Robert Warner and Harris Warner. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Ronald Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Pike Run Cemetery, Gomer, Ohio. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
