Pearl Archer

Pearl E. ?Sue? Archer, 71, died at 1:59 p.m. December 18, 2008, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born May 8, 1937, in Lima, Ohio to Harold R. and Pauline Donehoo Steele. Her mother preceded her on death. Her father survives. On May 17, 1956, she married Raymond Lee Archer Sr., who died July 10, 2000. Mrs. Archer attended New Hope Christian Church. She attended Bath High School and had retired from Lima Manor Nursing Home and had previously worked at Bluffton Plastics. She enjoyed spending lots of time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. Survivors also include four sons, Charles H. (Pam) Archer, of Celina, Ohio, Raymond L. (Sharon) Archer, of Montezuma, Ohio, Patrick Archer, of Lima, Ohio, and Masslion ?Mac? (Tiffany) Archer, of Lima, Ohio; two brothers, Richard (Linda) Steele, of Ada, Ohio, and Terry L. (Connie) Steele, of Lebanon, Indiana; four sisters, Mildred Laudick, of Ada, Ohio, Virginia (James) Spencer Sr., of Lima, OHio, Ellen (Dale) Redd, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and Pam (Paul) Wingate, of Bluffton, OHio; 10 grandchildren, Melissa Archer, Dustin Archer, Amber Archer, Amanda Archer, Brandon Archer, Deanna Archer, Tommy Archer, Jennifer Archer, Brittany Archer and Myranda Archer; and four great-grandchildren, Riley, Adonys, Dominick and Madison. She was also preceded in death by two infant brothers. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Mike Muhammad will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Waynesfield. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
