Pearl E. Niemuth Renelt 89, died at 4:32 p.m. January 28, 2010, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born Septtmber 15, 1920, in Taylor County, Wisconsin, to Herman and Helen Tindula Niemuth, who preceded her in death. She married Robert L. Wieneke Sr., who preceded her in death. She then married Walter J. Renelt, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Renelt was a homemaker. She was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. She was a longtime employee at Sparks Medical Center. She was an avid baseball fan. She was a member of New Creation Lutheran Church. Survivors include two daughters, Gail (Charles Tobin) Harmon, of Lima, Ohio, and Rhonda Dori, of Belleville, Illinois; a son, Robert L. Wieneke Jr., of Fort Smith, Arkansas; a granddaughter, Karla (Dave) Boop; two great-granddaughters, Amber and Jessica; two brothers, Marvin Niemuth and Glenn Niemuth; seven sisters, Rachel Weiler, Marcella Vlach, Mabel Habermeyer, Elaine Fritsche, Ruthie Arndt, Beatrice Ludwig and Vivian Hentges; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin Niemuth and Vernon Niemuth. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Samuel Payne will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita?s Hospice, 959 W. North St., Lima, OH 45805.
