65, of Elida, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, 8:20 A.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Born February 2, 1947 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dallas McCoy and the late Maxine (Bowden) McCoy.
Peggy had married Virgil Lucius on April 29, 1980. He preceded her in death on December 17, 2002. She was a member of the Eagles, and Moose. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working outside with her flowers.
Surviving are: a son, James (Crystal) Patterson of Lima, OH; two daughters, Angela Patterson of Lima, OH and Lori Monhollen of Cridersville, OH; nine grandchildren, Eric, Ashlay, Tyler, Corey, Justin, Madison, Jamielynn, Blake, Jeramie; five great grandchildren, Oakland, Aaliegha, Jace, Trystan, Azaria; four brothers, Jerry McCoy of Bradenton, FL, John F. (Raelene) McCoy of Lima, OH, Richard E. McCoy of Umatilla, FL. and Raymond E. (Vicky) McCoy of Lima, OH; a special friend Larry Mumma; a sister-in-law, Lynda McCoy of Lima, OH.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas McCoy.
There will be a private family entombment service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
