Phyllis Burnett

Phyllis Ann ?FiFi? Burnett 72, died at 11:28 a.m. October 12, 2009, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born August 28, 1937, in Lima, Ohio to Eddie Alford and Garnet L. Davis Burnett, who preceded her in death. Miss Burnett was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 Auxiliary. She had been a City Singles Bowling Champion. She enjoyed crocheting and working crossword puzzles. Survivors include a sister, Sharon Music, of Lima, Ohio; a brother, Jerry (Penny) Burnett, of Union, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley (Bob) Fisher; and a brother, Duane Burnett. Services will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at Forest Park United Methodist Church.
