Phyllis Seabert

Phyllis A. Seabert, 94, passed away at 12:28 a.m. on April 22, 2024, at St. Ritas Medical Center. 

Phyllis was born on September 5, 1929, in Lima, Ohio, to Ream O. and Koneta (Morey) Seabert. 

Phyllis was a Lima Central Catholic graduate. She worked as a cook/ manager at Senior Citizens Services and formerly worked at King Burger and Meadow Gold Dairy. Phyllis also really enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her sons, Neal Seabert and Todd (Leesa) Seabert; grandchildren, Jason Seabert, Austin Seabert, Jaric Pope, and Jenna (Jason Bergman) Pope; and two great grandchildren, Eli and Archer.   

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at South Side Christian Church, Lima, Ohio.  The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.  Rev. Todd Cosart will officiate.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to South Side Christian Church.
