Richard Lee "Rick" McClurg II

Richard Lee "Rick" McClurg II, 34, died at 8:35 PM on Friday, June 20, 2014, at Hospice of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

Richard was born on Wednesday, July 11, 1979, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Richard McClurg and Robin [James] McKee. His mother and stepfather, Larry McKee, survive in Lima.

Rick was a self-employed construction worker. He was an avid Ohio State University Fan.

He is survived by three daughters:Briana McClurg, Doris Blevins and Michelle Scott also a son, Charlie McClurg, and three sisters - Denise McClurg of Chilicothe, OH,Pamela Flater of Bainbridge, OH and Heather (Joshua) Everett of Huber Heights, OH, also a brother, James McKee of Lima, OH, step- brother, Larry Crowe of Lima, maternal grandmother Josephine (David) Kobs of Lima and special aunt, Marybelle Stuber of Indian Lake, OH. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother Sean Crider, maternal grandfather - Delbert James, paternal grandfather, George McClurg and paternal grandmother, Doris McBride.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.

A Funeral Service will begin at 7:00 PM following the visitation. The Rev. Wanda Werking will officiate.
