Robert Harris

Robert Rae Harris, 67, died at 2:25 a.m. June 27, 2007, at his residence. He was born January 5, 1940, in Unionport, Ohio to John and Virginia Shaw Harris, who preceded him in death. On June 10, 1961, he married Sally Moore, who survives in Elida, Ohio. Mr. Harris retired as an accountant from Randall Bearings, Lima, Ohio, after 23 years. He was a member of Presbyterian Church, Columbus Grove, Ohio. He was a 1957 graduate of Wayne High School, Bloomingdale, and a 1959 graduate of Columbus Business School. He had also lived in Columbus Grove, Ohio. Survivors also include a daughter, Donna Rae Harris (Denis) Moore, of Hamler, Ohio; two sons, Robert ?Bob? (Diana) Harris, of Columbus Grove, Ohio, and Jack ?John? (Melisa) Harris, of Lima, Ohio; six grandchildren, Lisa Moore (Brian) Keith and Christopher Moore, both of Hamler, Ohio, John Jose ?J.J.? Harris, of Columbus Grove, Ohio, and Desirae Harris, Courtney Harris and Brady Harris, all of Lima, Ohio; three step grandchildren, Rodney Michael Niese, of Ottawa, Ohio, and Johnny Brinkman and Emma Brinkman, both of Lima, Ohio; a great-grandson, Bradyn Rae Keith, of Hamler, Ohio; a step great-granddaughter, Makenzie Ann Keith, of Hamler, Ohio; two brothers, John (Drenda) Harris, of Unionport, Ohio, and Carl (Rose) Harris, of Weirton, W.Virginia; and a sister, Janet (Tom) Naegele, of Gumboro, Del. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Harry Tolhurst will officiate. Burial will be in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove, Ohio.
