Rochelle Hicks,
69, died at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
Rochelle was born on July 4, 1948, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Paul Max Spencer and Fedora Rose (Franklin) Spencer.
She is survived by her son, Troy (Tonya) Hicks and daughter, Amber Hicks; two brothers, Paul (Becky) Spencer and John (Paulette) Spencer; and granddaughter Emmie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Roy Spencer. She was a graduate from LCC in 1966.
The family will receive friends from 2PM to 4PM on Friday, February 2, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio, with her funeral service beginning at 3:30PM. Her brother John Spencer will officiate.
