Rosa Walther

Rosa Lee Walther 77, died at 1:10 p.m. August 15, 2007, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born February 16, 1930, in Lima, Ohio to Carl and Leah Laman Shook, who preceded her in death. On November 17, 1951, she married Frederick ?Fritz? Walther, who died Aug. 11, 2000. Mrs. Walther was a homemaker. She was a member of Fireside Campers. Survivors include a daughter, Linda (Bruce) Kenny, of Elida, Ohio; a son, Larry (Becky) Walther, of Elida, Ohio; four grandchildren, Brenda (Bill) Fuerst, Bruce Kenny, Bob (Rachel) Walther and Leah Marie Walther; and four great-grandchildren, Drew, Brandon, Seth and Paiten. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Andy Manwiller will officiate. Burial will be in Allentown Cemetery, Allentown, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor?s choice.
