Rose Williams

ROSE J. WILLIAMS, 75, died at 11:25 p.m. Feb. 9, 2006, at her residence. She was born Dec. 7, 1930, in Lima to John and Dorothy Fike Rohr, who preceded her in death. On April 29, 1949, she married Robert E. Williams, who survives in Lima. Mrs. Williams retired from Duff Truck Lines as a secretary after 20 years. She was a member of South Side Christian Church and its Mary-Martha Class. She was a 1948 South High School graduate. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors also include two daughters, Linda (Forest) Nichols and Sandra Williams, both of Lima; two sons, David R. (Penny) Williams and Keith (Jamie) Williams, both of Lima; seven grandchildren, Angela, Missy, Holly, Emily, Kelsey, Kayla and Jenna; and five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Cera, Robby, Matthew and Brady. Service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at South Side Christian Church. The Rev. Douglas Adams will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
