Rosemarie Buchanan

Rosemarie Buchanan, 84, passed away at 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at Cridersville Nursing Home.

Rosemarie was born on March 13, 1938 in Lima, Ohio, to Marie and Melvin Camper who preceded her in death.  On June 14, 1957, she married Dale L. Buchanan, who preceded her in death.

Rose Buchanan was a 1956 graduate of Lima Senior High School, Lima, Ohio. She was a homemaker and enjoyed baking and spending time with family. Her grandchildren loved her and called her MeMe.

She is survived by three sons, Mark (Brenda) Buchanan of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Greg (Stephanie) Buchanan of Lima, Ohio, and Joey (Penny) Buchanan of Lima, Ohio; a sister Mary Jane Ritchey of Harlan, Indiana; a brother Larry Camper of Elida, Ohio; four grandchildren, Ashton, Kraus, Amber Barnes, Jessica Croy, and Skate Buchanan; fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson Kingston Kraus of Michigan and a brother Dan Camper of Wapakoneta, Ohio.

The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m.
