81, died at 5:57 PM on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio.

Rosemary was born on January 11, 1937, in Delphos, Ohio, to the late Murlin and Margaret (Nevergall) Mullenhour.  On June 12, 1955, she married W. Raymond Lackey who preceded her in death on May 30, 2012.

Rosemary was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church and its Noodle Ladies.  She worked as a salesperson at Northland Fabric Store and Lazarus Department Store. She was a seamstress, who truly enjoyed sewing and crocheting, having done special garments for weddings in the family.

She is survived by her children, Karen Gwinn, Jeff (Kim) Lackey, and Kim George; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren with two on the way; and a sister, Martha (Norman) Smith.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 13, 2018   at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.    Pastor Tim Benjamin.

Interment will be in Bluelick Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
