Rosemary Shadley

Rosemary ?Rose? Shadley, 73, died at 12:35 p.m. September 30, 2008, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born October 26, 1934, in Lima, Ohio to Zernie and Bessie Brown Glasco, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Shadley was a homemaker. She was a member of Abundant Life Temple. She loved reading and rewriting verses from the Bible. She loved everybody and everybody loved her. She loved mudding and four-wheeling. Survivors include four children, Allen Shadley, Elena Reedy, Kami Truman and David ?Bob? Davor, all of Lima, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, Laura (Robert) Mell, Marvada Guzman, Sara Hogan, Mike Moyer, Sonya (Scott) Sharp, Aaron Sergent, Justin Shadley, Tammie Hullinger, Kristen Shadley, Charles Shadley and Brianna Shadley; six great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Irene Wright, of Columbus Grove, Norma Jones, of Cairo, Fae (Ralph) Byrne, of Lima, and Koneta Howard, of Columbus, Ga. She was preceded in death by a sister, Roberta Bowers. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Howard M. Allison will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
