86, died at 9:55 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Springview Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.
Roxie was born on September 22, 1927, in Preston, Kentucky, to the late Kendall Patrick and Alice (Bailey) Patrick.
Roxie married John Perry June 14, 1946. He survives in Lima. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by: her son Eddie (Sheila) Perry, of Ada, OH; three grandchildren Lindy (Craig) Whitson, Ryan (Sarah DeGroff) Perry, Nicholas (Megan Gast) Perry; four great grandchildren Grant, Nora, Jameson, and Olivia; two sisters Cassie Mersman, and Gracie Rolston.
She was preceded in death by: a great grandson, Elijah; four brothers - Pat Patrick, Ashford Patrick, Edward Patrick and Savage Patrick.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Dr. Daniel H. Messner will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
