94 of Lima, Ohio died on Friday, November 25, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Born Monday, September 24, 1917 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Carl Stevens and the late Viola Ladd Stevens. She was the wife of the late Ralph Humfleet.
She married Ralph Humfleet on May 13, 1950. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Lima Baptist Temple. She used to go dancing all the time and she and her husband owned a racecar, which they ran for years at Allentown Speedway.
Surviving are: Two daughters, Sue (Dale) Duckworth of Scottsdale, AZ and Pat (Bill) Welsh-McKinney of Lima, OH. Eight grandchildren, Michael McKinney, Douglas McKinney, Tammy Kahler, Paul McKinney, Lori Ann EnYart, Chris Decker, Mark Duckworth, Todd Duckworth. Sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Carmen Cooper, a brother, Steve Stevens, sisters, Betty Stockton and Velma Webb, Bonnie Pence
Visitation: Monday, November 28, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at
Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home
