Ruth Brunk Stewart,
96 of Lima, Ohio died on Sunday, December 11, 2011, at Lima Convalescent Home in Lima, Ohio.
Born Friday, June 4, 1915 in Elida, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dr. George L. Brunk and the late Hazel Bechtol Brunk.
Ruth married William T. Stewart better known as "Ted", who preceded her in death in 1999. She was a graduate of Lima Central High School, attended Bluffton College and The Chicago Institute of Art.
Surviving is a son, Stephen C. (Margaret) Stewart of New Haven, IN.; two granddaughters-Jennifer (Paul) Lacasse of Windsor, Canada and Jill (David) Hamann of Hinesville, Gerogia; two great granddaughters Melina Sharin and Mia Hamann, plus several step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers, Dr. Wilfred Brunk and Carl H. Brunk.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Pike Mennonite Church, with burial at the Pike Mennonite Church Cemetery near Elida, Ohio.
