Ruth Ziegenbusch

RUTH ANN ZIEGENBUSCH, 69, died at 5:06 p.m. February 19, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born January 21, 1938, in Lima, Ohio to Gene and Cecil Thomas Gordon, who preceded her in death. On June 9, 1962, she married R. Don Ziegenbusch, who surveys in Lima, Ohio. Mrs. Ziegenbusch was a homemaker. She was a member of South Side Christian Church. She was a member of Lima Senior High School's first graduating class in 1956. She enjoyed her grandchildren and shopping every week with her good friend Arlene Price. Survivors also include a son, Steve Ziegenbusch, of Lima, Ohio; two daughters, Deb Ziegenbusch (Brian) Oakman, of Lima, Ohio, and Julie Ann (Timothy) Bame, of Bluffton, Ohio; and seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Gordon. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Wanda Werking will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
