Ryan Lee Johnson

Ryan Lee Johnson, 39, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at OSU Ross Heart Center.  Ryan was born on June 23, 1982 in Lima, Ohio, to Gerald and Jill (Kayser) Johnson who survive in Lima.

Ryan was a graduate of Lima Senior High and worked in the Dietary Department at Lost Creek Care Center.  He enjoyed fishing and was a Bengals Football fan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-mother, Linda Johnson of Lima; son, Kamryn Johnson; sister, Jerri Johnson; brothers: Doug (Tiffany) Kayser, Eric Johnson and Robert Johnson; companion, Deb Hershey, all of Lima; and many nieces, nephews, and a great-niece.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Kayser; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Delora Johnson; and two aunts.

The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.   The memorial service will follow at 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
