Sandra L. Clark,
73, died at 4:02 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2014, after a courageous ten year battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio.
Sandra was born on November 06, 1940, in Massillon, Ohio, to James Harold Roach and Dorothy (Lukala) Roach.
On June 16, 1962 Sandra married Ronald G. Clark. He survives in Lima. After thirty five years of service as a Registered Nurse, she retired from Lima Memorial Health System. She was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women. She was past president of Lima Memorial Health Systems Auxiliary. She was a Master Gardener with the OSU-Allen County Extension Service, and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by: three sons Timothy (Shelly) Clark, of Lima, OH, Thomas (Amy) Clark, of Lima, OH, and Todd (Jenny) Clark, of Lima, OH; a daughter Jennifer (Rob) Vera, of St. Clairsville, OH; 10 grandchildren Travis, Casey, Nathan, Will, Jacob, Mallory, Macy, Hanna, Emily, and Andrew; a brother Les (Robin) Roach, and a sister Micki Mullett.
She is preceded in death by: two brothers Jim Roach, and Greg Roach.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio with Rev. MaryAnn Tomlinson officiating.
Interment will be at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
