Shelia R. Hall, 71, died at 7:47 a.m. September 9, 2008, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born July 28, 1937, in Lima, Ohio to Richard Woodrow and Marion Mawhorr Wilson, who preceded her in death. On Mach 29, 1975, she married The Rev. Ferman Hall, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mrs. Hall had worked as a deli clerk at County Market and Rays Supermarket. She had also worked at Kmart, at Clyde Evans County Market and the Cigar Factory. She was a member of Lima Deliverance Tabernacle and Full Gospel Temple of Love. She had been a volunteer for the Salvation Army and had been a poll worker. She was a member of the Home League, American Legion Post 96 Auxiliary and the Hope Neighborhood Assocation. She loved reading her Bible and doing word searches. She loved talking with people and never met a stranger. She loved her Lord and has now gone home to be with him. Survivors also include three sons, Richard (Faye) and Michael, both of Lima, Ohio, and Thomas (Sue), of Phoenix; three daughters, Kay, of Lima, Ohio, Sondra (Allen), of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Wendy (John), of Lima, Ohio; four brothers, Stan (Carol) Wilson, Terry (Ruby) Wilson, Tom Wilson, and Steve (Deb) Wilson, all of Lima, Ohio; two sisters, Joyce (Sherman) Woods, of Lima, Ohio, and Sally (Ken) Walker, of Venice, Florida; two sisters-in-law, Mary Belle Nixon, of Spencerville, Ohio, and Brenda (Ken) Hall, of Elida, Ohio, who was her special caregiver; 17 grandchildren, including Brittany, for the special love and care she gave; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jessie James Cooper; and two brothers, Richard Allen Wilson and David Lowell Wilson. Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Full Gospel Temple of Love. The Rev. Joe Compton and the Rev. Dean Evans will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
