Sonia CAMPBELL

Sonia L. "Soni" Campbell, 69, died at 6:50 a.m. Sept. 23, 2010, at Lima Manor Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 21, 1941, in Lima to Deyell R. and Rowena Nelson Beam, who preceded her in death.
On Nov. 27, 1985, she married Charles D. Campbell, who died April 15, 1998.
Mrs. Campbell was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 and Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks Lodge 54. She loved working with flowers and being outside. She collected frogs.
She was a 1960 graduate of Lima Senior High School.
She lived for her children and grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, Raymond "Ray" Eversole, of Columbus, and Ron (Julie) Davenport, of Lima; three grandchildren, Nicolis Eversole, Riley Davenport and Logan Davenport; a brother, Charles Beam, of Lima; an aunt, Mildred Fisher of Lima; and a sister-in-law, Marilyn Biederman, of Lima.
There will be no service. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
