Stephen Soles

Stephen W. Soles, 37, of Lima, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born on April 30, 1985 in Lima to Pamela Soles. She survives him.

He graduated from Pittsburgh Job Corp where he received his diploma. He was an Ohio State Worker at ODOT. He loved to make people laugh and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. But more than anything, he loved spending time with his children.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancée Shamica Hall, 4 sons: Christopher Williams Jr., Camari Williams, Sa’maj Soles, and Syheir Soles, 3 brothers: Stewart Cole, Steadman Soles, and Randle Mitchell III, and a special cousin/brother: Deondrea Soles.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Sally Soles, maternal grandfather: Elbert R. Soles, cousin: Maurice Soles, aunt: Sheryl Soles and uncle: Kenneth Anthony “Tony” Soles.

His family will receive friends on Friday, May 27, 2022 from 12-1 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Pastor Robert L. Curtis will officiate.
