Sue Ellen Shaw

Sue Ellen Shaw 88, passed away September 22, 2018 at Lima Convalescent Nursing Home, Lima Ohio.

Sue Ellen was born on Saturday, August 9, 1930 in Waynesfield, Ohio, to the late Myron Thomas and Gladys J. (Douglas) Moyer.  On Saturday, August 14, 1948 she married Gerald Lynn Shaw who preceded her in death August 31, 1995.

Sue Ellen worked as a clerk at Nickles Bakery Shop.  She was a volunteer at Lima Memorial Hospital.  Sue Ellen was member of Christ United Methodist Church in Napoleon, Ohio, and was a member of WSWS at the church.  Later she became a member of Westside United Methodist Church, Lima, Ohio.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Melany Lee Shaw of Delaware, Ohio, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son Russell Lynn Shaw of Napoleon, Ohio and a daughter, Joyce Suzanne Collier of Delaware, Ohio.

A private Family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Interment will be at Auglaize Cemetery, Harrod, Ohio.
