Terry Wayne Graff, 65, of Harrod, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Lima Convalescent Home, in Lima.
He was born on October 5, 1952, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to the late Edgar and Erma (Smock) Graff. He grew up in the Linesville, Conneautville, Pennsylvania, area.
He was a 1970 graduate from Linesville Conneaut Summit High School. Terry had a special love for senior citizens and to further help those in the senior community. Terry worked as a STNA at, Vancrest, Ada, and Mennonite Memorial Home and their Willow Ridge sub-division. He considered all those he took care of to be more than patients, they were his friends. He enjoyed being outdoors and working in the woods. He had the Graff farmer’s gene and was an avid gardener, from which many of his friends benefited. Beyond his tomatoes and produce, Terry was also famous for making cinnamon rolls. Terry loved all those around him, especially his family, who will miss him dearly as well as all those whose lives he touched.
Terry is survived by his sister Gloria (Charles) Graff Willner, brothers Bernard Graff, and Gerald (Connie) Graff, nieces and nephews Barry Graff, Jeremy (Amy) Graff, Justin Graff, and Josie Graff, very special friends Matthew and Ruby Spitnale, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Terry was preceded in death by his sisters-in-law Jo Graff and Sue Graff.
His family will receive friends on Friday, April 20, 2018, from 1-4p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, 920 N Cable Road, Lima. OH, where a memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Pennsylvania.
