THOMAS BROWNE KELLEY, 73, died at 11:35 a.m. April 9, 2006, at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home. He was born Dec 13, 1932, in Richmond, Ind., to William H. and Reva Browne Kelley II, who preceded him in death. On July 22, 1961, in Cincinnati, he married Joan Marie Thoss, who died Jan. 26, 1976. Mr. Kelley had been a salesman for Fabri-Form Co. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. He was a 15-year member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 and a 36-year member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 54. He was a 1958 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He was a Marine Corps veteran, serving from Sept. 10, 1952, to Sept. 9, 1955. Survivors include a son, Daniel B. (Karen) Kelley of Toledo; three daughters, Kathleen A. (Arthur) Armstrong of Darien, Conn., Margaret M. Kelley of Lima and Eileen M. (David) Elley of Bothell, Wash.; his special longtime friend, Pat Riepenhoff of Lima; 11 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Amanda, Katherine, Caroline, Emily, Rose, Lucy, Alec, Jack, Samantha and Thomas; two sisters, Kathleen Quinlivan of Richmond, Ind., and Barbara (John) Knapp of Roswell, Ga.; and a brother, William H. (Marilyn) Kelley III of Kokomo, Ind. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia (Eugene) Peters. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Charles Catholic Church. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary Cemetery, Richmond, Ind. Friends may call one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
