Todd A. Hunter, 45 of Lima, died on Friday, January 20, 2012
at 4:48 P.M. at his residence.
Born December 14, 1966 in Lima,, he was the son of Denny and Bonnie Sodders Hunter who survive in Lima. On August 7, 1993 in Lima he married Kathryn Page who also survives in Lima.
Mr. Hunter served in the United States Air Force as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Specialist. He was assigned to the 325th Medical Group at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. He worked for the Ohio Bureau of Workman's Compensation as a safety consultant. He loved playing cards, enjoyed geneaology and was a Member of Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, Luke Hunter at home, , daughters, Jocelyn Hunter of Manchester, NH and Amy Hunter at Home, , brothers, Brian (Denice) Hunter of Lima, OH and Brent (Christie) Hunter of Lima, OH., grandmother Juanita Sodders of Lima, Several nieces and nephews and his Mother & Father-in-law, Stanley and Pamela Engle of Leo, Indiana.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Tuesday January 24 at Lima Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Brock and Rev. Tab Hunter officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima with Military Honors by VFW Post #1275.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 23, 2012, at Lima Missionary Baptist Church and from 11:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday January 24. 2012 at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to his children's education fund.
