51, died at 6:57 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Tom was born on July 17, 1969, in Dayton, Ohio, to Michael Holovack and Donna  (Homman) Holovack, they survive in Florida. He married Lisa (Miller) Holovack, she survives in Lima.

He worked at General Dynamics. He was a very hard worker and loved to build cars and take them to car shows. Thomas enjoyed spending time with his family at car shows.

He is also survived by three daughters, Tiffane Little, Katie (Donald) Martin and  Gabbie Holovack; seven grandchildren, Raven McPhillips, Conner Little, Kennedy Little,

Donald Martin lll, Patriot Martin, Georgia Martin and Noah Martin; three brothers, Scott Holovack, Eric Holovack and Chris Holovack’ mother-in-law, Sue Miller; three brothers-in-law, Jab Miller, Dean Miller, and Jacob Miller.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Violet (Donald) Homman.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A memorial service will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
