Vallacita Miller

VALLACITA R. MILLER, 65, died at 11:52 a.m. Sept. 22, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born April 18, 1940, in Lima to Gerald and Doris Weir Spyker, who preceded her in death. In 1966, in Lima, she married Jerry A. Miller, who died Dec. 27, 1976. Mrs. Miller was owner/operator of Bridal Fantasy Rentals. She was a member of South Side Christian Church. She enjoyed her family, camping and running her business. Survivors also include four daughters, Trudy (Carl) Peters of Bradenton, Fla., and Kim (Dave) Miller, Heather (John) Boyd and Amber (Greg) Miller, all of Lima; a son, Brian (Kathleen) Miller of Spencerville; three sisters, Vinita (Kenny) Fixx and Carolyn (Barry) Ruben, both of Lima, and Becky (Steve) Makar of Las Vegas; and 10 grandchildren, Lindsay, Megan, Christina, Shane, Johney, Alexis, Taylor, Tyler, Tessa and Kadin. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven J. Miller; and a sister, Patsy Huber. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Wanda Werking will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
