Vicki L. Lutz,
69, died at 4:30 AM on Thursday, October 02, 2014, at her son's residence in Bradenton, Florida.

Vicki was born on July 13, 1945, in Lima, Ohio, to the late William S. Mawhorr and Virginia Agnus "Wilma" (Hinds) Mawhorr.

Vicki married Rodney W. Lutz on June 8, 1963. He preceded her in death on September 27, 2012. Mrs. Lutz worked at Nickles Bakery and formerly worked at the Leader Store in Lima, Ohio. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Columbus Grove, Ohio and the Lima White Shrine of Jerusalem. She was a member of South Side Christian Church, Lima, Ohio.

She is survived by: a daughter, Patricia Michalene (Forrest) Askins, of Lima, OH; three sons. Mark Christian (Andrea) Lutz, of Lima, OH, Douglas Eugene (Tonya) Lutz, of Bradenton. FL. and Jeffrey Alan (Annette) Lutz, of Lima, OH; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: a brother, Larry J. Mahon.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Rev. Wanda Werking will officiate.

Interment of ashes will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio at a later date.
