Victoria was born on September 10, 1923, in Subic, Phillipines, to the late Apollonio Pichay and Catalina (Pambuena) Pichay. On Saturday, July 20, 1946, in Phillipines, she married Magno C. Singian. He preceded her in death.
Victoria was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Anthony P. Singian, Lima, OH, and three daughters, Caridad P. Singian, Antonette Singian (Romeo) Dulay, Marivic (Nomer Reyes) Singian-Reyes; four grandchildren, Ryan S. Dulay, Mary Roan Dulay, Mary Catherine Singian and Christopher Anthony Singian-Reyes; one great grandchild, Christine S. Dulay
She was preceded in death by a son, Edmundo Singian.
The family will have a procession to the church from Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio at 10:30 A.M. October 16, 2015.
A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 A.M. on October 16, 2015 at St. Gerard Catholic Church in Lima, OH. Father Mike Houston will officiate.
Interment will be in Gethsemani Mausoleum, Lima, Ohio.
